Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a stand up, striking martial art. A great way to learn self defence techniques, get your fitness up and have fun. Our classes mainly focus on pad work and drills until the instructors and students are happy that they are at a level where they can begin to spar.

We are a member of the World Kickboxing Association (WKA) with a fully approved syallbus to get you from white to black belt. As members of WKA Scotland we have access to national squad training, seminars and competitions if you wish to compete.

Our students have entered national and international competitions in Kickboxing and have been quite successful on the tournament circuit.
